Shipping Information

All online orders shipping via UPS will be shipped the next business day and during the weekend, will be shipped the next business day. Orders that are shipping via USPS may take one additional day for shipment as our USPS pickup time varies.

Estimated UPS Ground delivery times vary can take up to 7 days depending on where you live.

*Due to FAA restrictions, we cannot ship essential oils or liquid extracts via air freight. All packages containing these items must be shipped ground. If you wish to expedite the rest of your shipment, please place a separate order for the items you wish to expedite.


Shipping Rates

All rates are calculated in real-time (by UPS or USPS) on our site on the first page of the checkout process. If you have added items to your shopping cart you will also be able to see estimated shipping rates before proceeding to checkout.

Please note: Additional fees, such as sales tax is included with every order.

Hassle-Free Returns

We not only guarantee the quality of our products, we also guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, be assured that, with your assistance, we will resolve the problem quickly and easily. We will promptly issue a refund, credit, or replacement – whichever you prefer. However, we do not refund any special order items or shipping charges. Nevertheless, in many cases, we will be happy to provide you with a UPS return label to cover return shipping fees.

To ensure that your returns are handled quickly and effectively, please be prepared to provide the order number, invoice number, and a brief reason for the return. Please follow the brief instructions and requirements listed below:


1. The easiest way to return your items is to go through our website In the footer click on “returns” and simply fill out the information. The returned products must be accounted for on our end before we credit you with any monetary refunds.

2. If you wish to return the items directly you may speak to a Customer Service Rep. They will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, which must be marked on the outside of each box. To obtain an RMA number, please call us at 1-208-339-1756 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. MT, Monday through Friday.

3. To receive full credit, you must contact Customer Service within 3 days of the invoice date. No credit or returns are allowed after 3 days.

4. No returns will be accepted for special order items.


Damaged Packages

We go to great lengths to ensure that your order is correct, properly packaged, and well protected. Despite our best efforts, damage sometimes occurs during transit. If any of your items are damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you.


Tracking Your Orders

Tracking your orders placed at Healthier Bodies is easy. Once we have completed your order, you will receive an email from us containing your UPS tracking number which you can use to track your package at

Please note: There is sometimes a slight delay between the time you receive your confirmation email and when that information is available in your online history.


Drop Shipping

Drop shipping over the web is not encouraged. We can only guarantee drop ship orders when placed over the phone or by email directly to sales reps. $50 minimum required.
